Support creates a note type for each type. Add it to the contact record with the date it happened. This creates a system generated attendance register for the month. Any additional beneficiary interventions for the month on other recipients are added to this register.
The system is configurable to select multiple interventions at once.
The statistics report will give counts for these. Combined to the counts from group activities they provide complete activity tracking. Get a list of beneficiary interventions over a date period from the notes report.
